Point Loma Yacht Club will host an Open House poolside at the PLYC Club House. PLYC is located at Marina Cortez on Harbor Island. We are actively seeking members and memberships are available for the yacht club. The Open House is held in conjunction with THE BIG BOAT RACE AFTER RACE PARTY and fund raiser for San Diego Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. PLYC will host a BBQ with refreshments, live music, and raffle prizes. We are planning a terrific menu, beer, wine, soft drinks, and water. Music will be provided by the "Pamela's IPOD". This is a great opportunity to get to know PLYC. Club members will be there to answer questions and assist you in getting aquainted with our fun organization. Sail and power boaters are encouraged to attend as we have diverse offerings that include 4 races, at least 3 raft-ups, numerous social functions (aka parties), and even a parade entry (we won 1st Overall recently). We are also planning our first fishing tournament.
